We are excited. Our beautiful Rosette apples are ready for picking. This is a special apple and beneath its glossy red skin, lies its intriguing pink marbled flesh. Once pressed, it produces a red coloured juice with a highly distinctive flavour. It is often likened to the taste of apples from old apple trees in family orchards.
